We would rather do the opposite. You get a free consultation, a written plan, and the full price in front of you before anything is booked.

Botox, Xeomin & Dermal Filler in San Antonio
The most-requested treatments we do, and the ones where technique matters most. Dosing is planned in a free consultation, priced before you book, and reviewed with you two weeks afterwards at no charge.
What neurotoxin actually does
Botox and Xeomin relax the specific muscles that fold your skin into lines, forehead, the frown lines between the brows, and crow's feet. They also do a lot of things people do not expect: a lip flip, a softer jawline through masseter dosing, and relief for people who clench at night.
Results show at day five to seven and last three to four months. Anyone offering you a result on the day is describing filler, not neurotoxin.
Filler is a different decision
Hyaluronic acid filler adds volume rather than removing movement, lips, cheeks, chin, jawline and under-eye. It is dissolvable, which is the single most reassuring fact about it, and it is built up over one or more syringes rather than delivered all at once.
We would rather do less and see you at two weeks than do too much and dissolve it. That two-week review is included, not an upsell.

A few things that genuinely affect how your treatment goes:
- Avoid blood thinners for 24 hours where medically safe to do so, alcohol, ibuprofen, fish oil. It reduces bruising.
- Do not book filler within two weeks of an event. Swelling is normal and it takes that long to settle.
- Tell us about everything you have had before, including where and when. It changes what we can do safely.
- Come without makeup if you can. If you cannot, we will remove it.

What the programme actually includes
A GLP-1 prescription on its own is not a weight-loss programme. A clinic that hands you one and disappears is selling you a syringe, not looking after you.

- Loose skin happens with larger losses. Skin tightening is an option later, and we would rather you knew that now than felt ambushed at month eight.

Why laser hair removal is sold in packages
Hair grows in cycles and laser only affects follicles that are actively growing at the moment of treatment. That is why one session does very little and six to eight, spaced four to six weeks apart, does a great deal. Anyone selling single sessions as a solution is selling you a disappointment.
Skin tone matters too. Older machines struggled with darker skin; the settings and wavelengths we use are appropriate across the range, and we do a free test spot before you commit to a course.

They are not interchangeable, and the right one depends on what is bothering you:

What body contouring can and cannot do
Cryolipolysis reduces localised pockets of fat that do not respond to diet, flanks, lower abdomen, the area under the arm. It is not a weight-loss treatment and it will not change the number on your scale meaningfully. Anyone who tells you otherwise is overselling.
What it is genuinely good at is shape in a specific place, over two to three months, with no downtime. We map the areas at a free assessment and price per area so you can see exactly what you are buying.
Tightening, and why it comes up during weight loss
Radiofrequency skin tightening stimulates collagen over a course of sessions. It is the treatment patients on a GLP-1 programme ask about most, usually around month six, when the loss is working and the skin has not kept up.
It is not a substitute for surgery on significant laxity, and we will say so plainly if that is where you are. On mild to moderate laxity it does a real job.
